Devastator Maximus is the twin brother of Constructicon Maximus, and is the combined forms of Scavenger, Scrapper, Hightower, Scoop and Hauler. He's the strongest Decepticon yet, and is a force to be reckoned with. He's able to destroy an Omnicon with one hand, and can crush a Mini-Con in under a second. He can only be destroyed by the power of Superion Maximus.
