Julie is the central villainess of the 2003 anime film Transformers: Trouble in Fort Lauderdale who can transforms into a green 1967 Ford Country Squire in order to conceal her appearance and identity. She is a Decepticon spy tasked with hunting down and killing the Autobots (alongside her partner named Portia). She was voiced by Lara Jill Miller in the American English dub and Kae Akari in the original Japanese dub.

Personality[]

Definitely more brutish of the two, unlike Portia who is willing to deceive and manipulate and even prostrate should the situation requires it, Julie has no compunction displaying her annoyance having bowing down to humans and using cold-blooded torture, violence against those whom she sees as annoying, nuisance, pests, and insignificant.

Description[]

Alongside Portia, Julie was assigned by Katrina Weatherly's son-in-law Augustus Raven to destroy Autobots, even after Augustus Raven crash-landed on earth after became frozen solid under the custody of Sector 69 when he failed to retrieve the sapphire crystal.

Julie was first seen with Portia torturing Dr. Zin's daughter named Jenny Zin (Grey DeLisle) in the rings of Jupiter for the location of Eleanor Miller (Amy Poehler), but Jenny Zin refuses to talk. It wasn't until they received a signal detailing the location of Theodore "Theo" Seville, who is currently located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida as his homing beacon was accidentally activated by a red-haired teenage girl named Daphne Blake. Taking the opportunity, Portia and Julie killed Jenny Zin through electrocution before heading over to earth where they contacted Augustus Raven's mother-in-law Katrina Weatherly (nee Walls), whose also the head of Sector 69. Posing as peacekeepers, Portia and Julie made a deal with Weatherly by claiming that Theodore Seville is a war criminal and that he must be brought over to them as soon as possible. To that end, Weatherly had Lois Griffin to let the duo gain to earth's satellites in order to pinpoint Theodore Seville's current location.

Portia and Julie eventually manages to find Theodore Seville after he accidentally caused a power surge in Daphne's neighborhood. With the opportunity at hand, they helps Weatherly and her troop in capturing Theodore Seville, much to Daphne's objections. While Daphne is sent home by Weatherly, Portia and Julie interrogate Theodore Seville through cold-blooded torture, but it wasn't until they learned that he received a message from Eleanor Miller about making earth their new refuge and protecting it from Decepticon forces. Upon seeing this, Portia and Julie decided to summon their Decepticon friends to earth, even killing Lois Griffin when she hears of this and warns Weatherly about it.

Leaving Theodore Seville for dead, Portia and Julie head over to a transmission tower next to a docking pier, when they utilized it in an attempt to signal incoming Decepticons to their location. Fortunately, Theodore Seville is revived by Daphne and heads over to the tower to stop them, drawing their attention by firing her weapons at the tower. Julie is dispatched by an enraged Portia to deal with Theodore Seville leading to a brutal fight between the two. Eventually, Julie morphs to her helicopter form and opens fire on Theodore Seville who manages to snag her propellers with a chain. The Decepticon transforms back only to become further entangled in the chains which tighten to the point she is rendered. Even in this state, Julie taunts Theodore Seville only for the Autobot to violently kill her by pulling the chain, tearing Julie apart before exploding.
