!!!SPOILER WARNING!!! This Optimus Prime was born on Cybertron along with his brother Ultra Magnus, as a young clever, skilled and super experienced autobot named Orion Pax. Unfortunately he was critically injured when the shuttle he was on was shot down by Sharkticons. He was taken back to Cybertron where Zeta Prime and Alpha Trion rebuilt him into Optimus Prime and is ranked as Autobot leader after being put through many rebellion wars and battles and came back from them alive with help from his fellow friend Megatron and fell in love with Elita-One. 5 years later during a ceremony, Megatron kills Zeta Prime and Alpha Trion, this leads to this version of THE GREAT WAR. The Autobots end up having to leave their war torn home planet along with the Maximals on the Ark with the Decepticons and Predacons in pursuit in the Nemesis. The two ships eventually fly to Earth, firing at each other as they approach. One of the blasts hits the Ark's engine, which causes the ship to veer into the Nemesis. The two ships collide and the Autobots, Maximals, Decepticons and Predacons evacuate the ships by shuttles and escape pods, some Autobot escape pods manage to make it out whilst others weren't so lucky, twelve Decepticon shuttles and escape pods flee to Earth and others flee to other planets. After landing on Earth, he scans his Kenworth K100 Semi Truck Mode and reunite with the other Autobots and Maximals and start building their underground base. The Autobots and Maximals meet the Winx (Bloom, Stella, Flora, Musa, Tecna, Aisha, and Daphne). The Autobots, Maximals and Winx eventually have to team up to fight the Decepticons and other enemies that threaten their home planet.

Optimus Prime is shown to be a free spirited, laid back, selfless, valour, sometimes adventurous, very brave, strong, introvert, kind, humble, caring, highly intelligent, calculating, serious and wise.

- His character design along with other Autobots' design will be a hybrid/combo design of their G1 Siege designs and Bumblebee Movie/ROTB designs.
- Some of his voice line such as "I am Optimus Prime and Autobots Roll Out" will be Peter Culllen's recycled recorded lines
