Portia is a female Decepticon who can transforms into a light blue 1999 Porsche 996 in order to conceal her identity and is the main villainess in 2003 anime film Transformers: Trouble in Fort Lauderdale. She is a Decepticon spy tasked with hunting down and killing the Autobots sympathizers and alongside her best friend named Julie (Lara Jill Miller) to find them. She is also Theodore "Theo" Seville's arch-nemesis before Fauntleroy Donaldson. She was voiced by Grey DeLisle, who also voiced Daphne Blake in Scooby-Doo franchise and Princess Azula in Avatar: The Last Air Bender.

Personality[]

While being more sophisticated than her partner Julie, Portia is destructive, murderous, ruthless, merciless, and sadistic as her fellow Decepticons as she only cares about having the Autobots killed. She is also shown to be a manipulative trickster, as she tricked Sector 69 into believing that Theodore Seville is a war criminal, despite the fact that both Portia and Julie are the true war criminals.

Description[]

Portia partook in the final battle against the Autobots that forced them to abandoned Tamaran (Starfire's home planet) and flee the planet for deep space. Portia was among the Decepticons that surrounded Eleanor Miller, who'd remained behind to buy time for the others, but somehow the Autobot leader escaped Tamaran also. Portia, alongside her partner named Julie, were among many Decepticons assigned by Blackfire to find the now fugitive Autobot rebellion for sure. Portia and Julie first tracked Dr. Zin's daughter Jenny Zin to the rings of Jupiter for Eleanor Miller's locations, but Jenny Zin refuses to talk. It wasn't until they received a signal detailing Theodore Seville's location, who is currently located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida as his homing beacon was accidentally activated by a red-haired teenage girl named Daphne Blake. Taking the opportunity, Portia and Julie killed Jenny Zin through electrocution after they found out that she was Dr. Zin's daughter before heading to planet earth, scanned automobiles in order to blend in public and contacted Augustus Raven's mother-in-law Katrina Weatherly (nee Walls). Posing as peacekeepers, Portia and Julie made a deal with Katrina Weatherly by claiming that Theodore Seville is a war criminal and that he must be brought over to them as soon as possible. To that end, Katrina Weatherly had Lois Griffin to let the duo gain access to earth's satellite in order to pinpoint Theodore Seville's current location. They'd also secretly scanned two military airborne vehicles to assist should Theodore Seville's finding result in conflict.

Portia and Julie eventually manage to find Theodore Seville after he accidentally caused a power surge in Daphne's neighborhood. With the opportunity at hand, they helps Katrina Weatherly and her troop in capturing Theodore Seville, much to Daphne's objections. While Daphne is sent home by Katrina Weatherly, Portia and Julie interrogate Theodore through torture, but it wasn't until they learned that he received a message from his girlfriend Eleanor Miller about making planet earth their new refuge and protecting it from Decepticon forces. Upon seeing this, Portia and Julie decided to summon their Decepticon friends to earth, as they plan to destroy it, even killing Lois Griffin when she hears of this and finally realized how stupid she was to listen to them, warns Katrina Weatherly about it but didn't get the full message that Theodore Seville wasn't the enemy at all.

Leaving Theodore Seville for dead, Portia and Julie head over to a transmission tower next to a docking pier, where they utilized it in an attempt to radio incoming Decepticons to their location, Fortunately, Theodore Seville is revived by Daphne and heads over to the tower to stop them. While Theodore Seville fights Julie, Portia spots Katrina Weatherly in a helicopter attempting to take her down. She takes down the helicopter, killing Weatherly's pilot in the process. Fortunately, Theodore saves Weatherly from certain death and kills Julie while Daphne manages to disable the tower. Witnessing this, Portia and Theodore fight as desperately beats him down in a fit of rage as Portia angrily swears to kill both Theodore Seville and Daphne Blake for their interferences. However, Theodore fires at the docks, causing it to flood and bringing in a giant cargo ship, something which Portia realized too late in horror. As a result, the ship rams into Portia before it crashes into the dock, killing her instantly.
