The Customercons are big believers in the tenets of functionalisim; the idea that one's role in life is dictated entirely by their alt-mode. However, there are those cases where this policy fails dramatically, such as Rambulance.
A violent thug by nature, Rambulance enjoys nothing more than getting into a good fight. Weather it's wading into a fight with his various weapons or ramming into people in his vehicle mode, he'll gladly strike out at the nearest available enemy. He's not even that discerning about his targets, as he will gladly lash out at any Customercons who get in his way. Obviously these talents would be best suited to a warrior that could use his destructive tendencies against the Customercons' many, many, oh so many enemies.
However, because his vehicle mode is an ambulance, he was assigned to work as a medic. This served to make him even more frustrated, as not only would this role take him away from combat but he doesn't have any sort of medical training whatsoever. As a result, he will not only go out of his way to pick fights with Arbitrary Autobots but he will also attack any Customercons who come to him for medical aid. Obviously this makes him very bad at his job to the point of being actively a hinderance. However, because of his alt-mode, he likely will never be reassigned to any other role.
On the upside, it means that he's actually a really good warrior, using his rage to fuel his attacks. Which is also actively unhelpful at the same time.
Capabilities[]
Rambulance is a variant of the Van Dude body type with all the features inherent to it. He is not only is he highly proficient with his grepper claw, but he also is armed with a bonklehammer to pummel his foes. In his vehicle mode, he is equipped with an armoured bullbar to allow him to ram his opponents. Furthermore he has an enhanced engine that makes him far faster than normal for the type.
He also has a whole bunch of medical equipment that he hasn't ever used.
